    response to Robert cairns re : ice maker valve etc. according to my invoice records and phone records you called back 3 weeks and 2 days after valve was installed , I also recall the conversation when I returned the call, I explained to you that chances are the valve didn't fail but , but the icemaker most likely failed. I suggested replacing the ice maker with the valve originally , you declined and 3 weeks later when your icemaker stopped making ice you claimed it never made ice during the 3 weeks after the valve was installed, I said ok, but if when I return and if I find that the new valve I installed is good then you will need the icemaker , you became vulgar cursed and hung up!!!!! signed Ralph
